Garde Manger

My sushi platter (I couldn't find a smaller platter to use, hence all the empty space - I'm still proud as this was the first time I ever did sushi)
My first apple bird
My first fruit carving (wish we could have done more of that)
Cobb salad
Roasted veggie salad with Parmesan crisp
